Your role:
Cultivate new partnerships:
- Proactively engage with board game publishers and designers across Europe, uncovering their manufacturing needs (e.g., custom components, eco-friendly materials, large-scale production).
- Present Huayi’s capabilities—from 300+ global clients served to ISO-certified quality standards—to convert leads into long-term collaborations.
Nurture client relationships:
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing projects from quotation to delivery.
- Anticipate client needs (e.g., rush orders, design revisions) and coordinate with our overseas team to ensure seamless execution.
Drive strategic growth:
- Analyze market trends (e.g., sustainable packaging demands, modular game designs) to position Huayi as an industry innovator.
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve monthly KPIs, from lead generation to revenue targets.
What we’re looking for:
- Industry insight:Familiarity with Europe’s board game market (key publishers, trade shows, consumer trends).
- Relationship-building skills:Proven ability to establish trust with clients and navigate cross-cultural communication.
- Solution-oriented mindset:Passion for translating client challenges into custom manufacturing strategies (e.g., cost-saving proposals, eco-friendly material options).
- Fluency in English (mandatory);proficiency in German/French /Spanish is a plus.
